IMPORTANT NOTE
Exact number of meetings cannot be ascertained until closer date of travel. During communications the Trade Chambers in Muscat and Doha and the Sri Lankan Missions in these countries  they have agreed to fully endorse and assist the delegates with meeting arrangements based on the delegates profiles.. The number of meetings could be 2 – 3 or even 10. We cannot guarantee numbers. We can only assure you that we will do our best and get our partners also involved in maximizing the number of meetings.  FYI there has been delegations where the delegate was only met by 1 company. However if proper follow up are done then you may get connected with many prospective business partners. During these kinds of visits the delegates are also requested to engage in marketing their visit and invite their leads to meet with them during these visits as the involvement of the NCE and also the Sri Lankan Mission and the fact that you are part of the delegations creates lot of credibility.
